Job Description:
· Client is looking for Marketing Operations Manager who will be responsible for driving greater operational excellence within our marketing team and will develop processes to support the overall marketing and communications goals of the organization.
Responsibilities:
· Technology enablement: Manage the tools and systems that empower the marketing team, including our stack for paid advertising, performance analytics, lead generation/management, customer relation management, content management, asset management, and more. Lead the procurement, implementation and integration of new technologies to support these activities. As the marketing systems administrator, manage our existing HubSpot, Webflow, OneTrust and Google Analytics systems and paid advertising stack.
· HubSpot Administration:
1. Manage and maintain HubSpot system, including user roles, properties, and integrations with other business systems.
2. Design, build, and optimize automated email campaigns and workflows.
3. Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to improve effectiveness.
4. Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure data integrity within HubSpot.
· Webflow CMS Management:
1. Manage the publication process for new web pages and landing pages in Webflow.
2. Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure timely and accurate content updates.
3. Maintain website design consistency and brand guidelines.
4. Troubleshoot website issues and ensure optimal performance.
· Project management: Keep track of all ongoing sales and marketing initiatives and delivery timelines. Help organize quarterly kick-off and wrap-up Town Halls.
· Budgeting: Manage our marketing budget and track our spend across different initiatives. Understand and monitor the costs of marketing activities.
· Contracting: Support the marketing and sales teams in working with external suppliers and agencies, by managing our supplier contracts and purchase orders.
· Performance analysis: Own the reporting engine and analysis for our marketing goals, working with marketing managers to evaluate results. Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track and analyze marketing performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to the rest of the team.
· Team: Support collaboration and information sharing within the commercial organization.
Experience:
· Extensive knowledge of a variety of marketing technology platforms; marketing automation systems, CRM systems, digital marketing tools.
· HubSpot Marketing Hub Software Certification
· Experience with Webflow, OneTrust, Google Analytics and Salesforce
· Strong project management and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail, and organizational skills to manage multiple projects with flawless execution.
